  Orders may be placed online at www.scentit.com or you may call your order in at 540-943-9307. You may also mail your orders to Scent It at the following address. Scent It Company 133 N. Wayne Ave. Waynesboro, Virginia 22980 If mailing your order in please make sure proper shipping and handling fees have been added. Not sure, to avoid delay in order call ahead.

• How can I order scents?
  
  We want to make your scent buying experience as easy as possible. Simply find the scents(s) you like by browsing through our Description Pages, or one of the Scent Category Pages. Or use our search feature. Once you have found a scent you like, simply select a size and click the button to Add to Cart. And when you are ready to make your purchase, simply choose the check-out button. During the checkout procedure you will be prompted to fill out an order form on our secure server. After you have completed the process, you will receive a confirmation receipt email. Your order will be processed at Scent It and shipped to you. Don't want to order online? If you do not feel comfortable ordering on-line, you can call or fax us your order. Check on the Ordering Information Page for Instructions.

• How can I pay for my order?
  
  Full payment, check, Money Order, Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover Card must accompany order. We will ship COD only to established customers.

• How do I figure out my shipping charges?
  
  All charges for shipping and handling are calculated by the computer at time of order. based on your choice. This amount is only correct if you have entered all the correct information. If entry errors have occurred we will correct the shipping charges for the order and contact you before completing the order.

• When will I get my order?
  
  The time it takes for you to receive your scents depends upon two things: availability, and the shipping method you choose. The combination of these two results in the total time before you get your shipment. The availability is the normal time in business days it takes for your order to be shipped. Most orders will be shipped within 1 - 5 business days. Some scents and quantities take slightly longer to prepare. Shipping time is dependent upon the method you choose for shipping. We ship our packages via UPS.
