Our Scented oils can be used in many ways. Here are a few ideas: In potpourri, as a refresher, add to electric or candle cup burners, or simmer on a pot on the stove. Add to diffusers, terra cotta sand dollars, lamp rings, jugs, hearts, sachets, pomander, or use as a spritz. Use our scents for deodorizing in the home, office, campers, cottages or cars. Scent your laundry, bath, and powder rooms. Use as an insect and pest repellent. Make your own Gel fresheners and bath salts. and, of course you can use Scent It Scents for candle making and soap making. So go ahead and check out all the fragrances at Scent It. I am a cold process soap maker and am finding that your fragrances are getting ‘lost’ in the process. I am using the same amount of your oils as I have used with other manufacturers and am perplexed as to why your oils are not staying in the soap. We have used your oils for a little over a year and it is only recently that we are having a problem with them. Have you changed your formulations or diluting them? If so, we need to know so that we can make adjustments to the amounts we use in production. We have had to dump well over a hundred dollars in soap due to this problem and we really want to avoid this happening in the future.
I actually am using fragrance oils from Scent-It in my college grad project. I made a movie theater which evaporates the scents in air tubes and delivers the scents to the viewers while they are watching the movie. I am continuing my project by making a video game that uses smells and Augmented reality technology. Any unconventional smells like gun powder or burning fuel scent I will buy and use. To have my smoke smells for my showcase in December of 08 I had to use model railroad smoke fluid. Anywho the 25+ scent-IT scents I have worked awesome for this application.
